Unfortunately we no longer provide an on-line payment facility by credit card.

Technical support is provided by the factory and the onus rest on buyers to ensure compatability of their systems. If in doubt, rather ask the advice of your computer supplier before ordering.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from Exboot SA, for whatever reason, the item may be returned unopened, prepaid, within 30 days of purchase. We do ask that the item be returned unopened in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. All returned Items for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition, books, videos, software, or cut lengths of line, rigging, hose, piping, fabrics, etc. Special offer items are non-returnable.
