Technical support is provided by the factory and the onus rest on buyers to ensure compatability of their systems. If in doubt, rather ask the advice of your computer supplier before ordering.

Privacy Policy

Exboot SA does not disclose any personal information, such as your name, email address or telephone number to any third parties. The information you supply is accessible only by designated staff of Exboot SA, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

International Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes that are levied by the shipper or importing country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

Unless specified, your order will be shipped within 24 hours by DHL Shipping. Costs will be added to your order.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from Exboot SA, for whatever reason, the item may be returned unopened, prepaid, within 30 days of purchase. We do ask that the item be returned unopened in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. All returned Items for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition, books, videos, software, or cut lengths of line, rigging, hose, piping, fabrics, etc. Special order items are also non-returnable.

All our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Faulty items under warranty may be returned to the manufacturer only after obtaining an RMA number from the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable. If after inspection it is determined that the fault is a legitamate warranty claim the item will be replaced free of charge.
